Millers Guild again..
Yes, we are addicted to Miller's Guild. The wood smoke, the tantalizing meats, the beautiful big wines, and the exceptional service keep us coming back again for more.
On this Miller's Guild journey we dabbled in some seafood. The octupus with bone marrow was a definite favorite. The octupus was meaty and tender and the side of bone marrow enhanced all the exceptional flavors on the dish.
We also loved the bavette from a local farm in Montana. Cooked medium it was perfectly pink inside and with just enough marbling, this dish was flavorful, but lean. The bavette was topped with a tangy cranberry and radicchio mix which went well with the savory flavor of the beef. Our favorite side dish is the gruyere mashed potatoes. These silky potatoes will be a side for us every time we visit our new favorite restaurant.
