Champagne

Each bottle of champagne opened is another romantic story beginning.  

I never fully understood the true meaning of champagne until visiting the region in France. Alas, here I am again studying the intricacies of champagne.  The commune of Bouzy is one of my favorite places to visit, it is quaint, beautiful and the wines are outstanding.
